How to connect your store to the Printsome On Demand app

After requesting an account, it is time to connect your store to the Printsome On Demand platform. In this article we explain how to do this, so you can get started creating your products right away!

Please make you are using Google Chrome or Firefox on a laptop or desktop and make sure to avoid all mobile devices when connecting your store to our app.

The first steps

To connect your e-commerce store to our web app you will first need to request an account. This is really simple, just fill in the form on our register page. You can find this page by clicking here. If you need help requesting an account you can head over to our Requesting an Account article for additional information about requesting your initial account.

How to reach the Register Form

Once you requested an account on our register page, you should receive an email providing you with all the necessary information on how to link your e-commerce store to our app. If you did not receive this email or if the email is unclear to you, here is how to connect your store to our app:

  • Once you have successfully filled in the request form, your request will need to get accepted. This will take approximately 2 minutes, after these 2 minutes you will receive an email with instructions on how to connect your e-commerce store with our app.
  • After your request is accepted, the first thing you will need to do is install the Printsome On Demand App through your Shopify account. For that you can click here. Make sure you are logged in and simply click ‘Add app’ to download the app.
Search for the Printsome On Demand app in the Shopify App Store and press ‘Add app’
  • When Shopify asks for it, confirm the installation of the app.
  • After doing this, you will be redirected to our account creation page. A pop-up will appear in your screen. Make sure you dismiss this pop-up by clicking on ‘Close’ and move on with creating an account.
Make sure to click ‘Close’ to dismiss this pop-up
  • After you dismiss the pop-up, you will be able to enter your details and password.
Fill in the blank fields under ‘Create a new account’ and press ‘Register’
  • The only thing you have to do from here is head over to the Printsome On Demand App and you can start creating products!

Need help whilst setting up your account?

If you need any help or if anything is unclear to you whilst setting up your Printsome On Demand account, start by going to the ‘Help’ tab in the Printsome On Demand app. Once you click this, a drop-down menu will appear with the following features:

Create products
  • After clicking this, a YouTube video will pop-up explaining you how to create products in the On Demand app. For this video you can also click here.
Payment details
  • After clicking this, a tutorial inside of the app will show up showing you how to add your payment details within the app.
Place a sample order
  • After clicking this, a YouTube video will pop-up explaining you how to place a sample order in the On Demand app. For this video you can also click here.
FAQ
  • After clicking this, you will be taken to the Frequently Asked Questions page on our website. If you have a common question, it will probably be answered on this page
Contact us
  • After clicking this, you will be taken to our contact page on our website. Here you can see all the different ways of contacting us if your question is not answered with the help of the options above.
Choose one of the items from the drop-down menu if you need help with anything
